Where did all the fish go?

We are asked this daily.... Visitors who have been here before but not for years frequently ask "What happened to all the fish?" Our response, "choking on our plastic." All life that calls the ocean home are experiencing stressors from many man made sources. This info graph highlights just how humans are impacting the aquatic life on our planet. It puts into perspective just how destructive our choices have been and how they have adversely affected the ecosystem we all vitally need to survive.

Although our answer catches most off guard, the gravity of the situation is dire, the abundance of marine life continues to dwindle. Yet we emphasize we have the opportunity to reverse what we have done with a few simple lifestyle choices here in Hawaii or where ever home is. The time is now to change the fate of our planet, our oceans and all life that calls Earth home.
